Questions on iPhone battery pack for Quattro-T4 case

  • Can you explain what the LED's mean. There are 5 LED's when they is one on moving from right to left what does this mean? etc..
  • When you press the on/off switch for a quick second, all or some LED turn on which indicated the battery life.
    When you press and hold the on/off switch for 3 second, it turns the unit on and the lights go from right to left which shows that the iPhone is being charged. You can follow the same step to turn it off when not needed.
    
    when the battery is depleted, only the last LED will blink indicating that it needs to be connected to a USB to get charged.

  • We currently offer the belt-clip for the Quattro-T4 case, this clip does not fit the T4 case when the batterypak is on. We will release the belt-clip for the SmartCase which fits this by the first week of March, 2010

  • How much extra weight and depth does this add to the Quattro T4 case.
  • The BatteryPak adds 1.9 oz to the Quattro-T4 case and 0.38 inch to its depth.
    
    Note that the top portion of the case still stays the same since this batterypak fits at the bottom of the case.

  • Is the battery pack compatible with the speaker & microphone located at the bottom of the iPhone? I don't see any hole revealing them...
  • Yes, 100%. There are opening in front of the pack that will provide ample space for the sound to travel through it for both speaker and microphone.
    
    The OTA ( Over The Air ) testing has also be completed on our battery pack which means it will not reduce any signal or sound when it is in use.

  • I have the Quattro -t4 case now and it fits in my folio case. With the battery added it will not fit my folio case. Will you be selling a folio case that will support the t 4 case with the battery pack? This would be a great item to sell. Thanks
  • We will be introducing the belt-clip to fit the new SmartCase in early February, 2010

  • Yes, 100%. The Belt-clip for Quattro-T4 case is already avilable and for the SmartCase will go on sale in January 2010

  • Does the case only come in Black i have order 1 in royal blue and would like to know if black is the only color. Also do you get warranty on the battery pack

  • The SmartCase is a combination of BatteryPak and Quattro-T4 case.
    What you need to purchase if you already have the T4 case, is just the BatteryPak. Here is a link:

  • If the iphone's battery is dead and theQuattro battery is full? will it charge the iphone automatically?
    
    Also if both batteries are dead and you charge through the supplied usb cable and Quatro battery will both iPhone and Battery back be charged?
  • There is an on/off button on the back of the BatteryPak which turns it on and off. The smart sync button on the back does the followings:
    
    1. Press it once and it shows the status of the battery
    2. Press and hold it for 3 seconds, it turns the battery on
    3 Press and hold it for 3 seconds when it is on, it will turn the batteryPak off.
    
    You have an option to charge the BatteryPak by itself or when it is connected to the iPhone, once you connect the case to any USB port/charger, it will automatically charges the iPhone and the BatteryPak.
    
    *You can also connect the case to your PC and it'll sync with iTunes automatically. No need to remove the case to sync or charge.

  • I have a Quattro-T4 case that I purchased 2 months ago, will this fit it or is it for the new ones that you sell?

  • Yes, This is fully compatible with all the Quattro-T4 iPhone cases from IvySkin. Even though the T4 has been recently updated two weeks again, it still shares the same body and design as the original one.
    So, yes, you can purchase this battery pack and you can use it anytime by removing the current back piece on your T4 case and replace it with this battery pack.
