Surface Xylo Wave (SXW)© technology passes ultrasonic waves that pass over the touch screen panel and transfer them to the iPhone's screen without any interferences. Quality After using the Griffin Elan case on my v1 iPhone, I expected a case from Ivyskin to be only average. I was surprised by the excellent fit and durability of the Xylo Hard Case. I would have liked to have seen a doc port overlay, but that is a very minor con.
I highly recommend trying this case, It's not only solid, the screen guard is full touch screen and protects. A++ - Love this case - highly recommend it (Posted on 8/25/09)

Quality I have gone through several cases and was looking for something that protected my phone, looked good and also complemented the design of the iphone. I was never happy with any of the other cases I tried but after using this for a week now I LOVE it. It looks great and is the best case I’ve used. Once this one gets scratched up I will most probably get another one. My only complaint is that once it is on, it is a little tricky taking it off. Quality I picked up an iPhone 3GS last week and was very concerned about scratching my new phone. Many of the cases on the market did not protect the front screen well and I was looking for a total solution. After some proper searching i found ivyskin and immediately picked one up. Quality I bought this case for my daughter's iPod Touch about 2 months ago. She was using the Touch while it was in her back pocket. That's right, she was sitting on it!!!! Over and over again!! But she showed me the Touch and it didn't have a scratch. The case was holding up pretty well, but one of the seams between the case and the front shield had come slighty undone. Considering what this case went thru, I say that it took a beating and kept on ticking!! Of course, she no longer sits on that iPod. ;^) - Best iPhone case your money can buy (Posted on 5/22/09)

This case is made of a see-thru crystal acrylic material. The case is not rubbery to answer your question.

- I have just put my case on. I thoroughly wiped it with a lint-free cloth beforehand. When i put it on, the case looks like a part of the left side is pressing down against the screen (clear water-looking marks there). I have tried removing, re-cleaning, and putting back on the new case but the same effect happens.

Please note that you need to make sure you clean the iPhone's screen as well as the case's screen inside and out with Windex and a static-free cleaning cloth.
If you still have static build-up, you can use a bit baby power and apply it to the case's screen. After the static is removed, you can clean the screens again and this will solve this issue.

To remove the Xylo-T3, simply pry it from any of the iPhone's four corners and gently pull apart.
You'll need to insert an ID or similar card between the front and back portion of the case to pry them apart.

The Case is made from a solid Polycarbonate material, over a long time it get some scratches but the screen which is the essential part of this case is scratch resistant.

Yes, the entire case is clear. Except the top and bottom of the screen which are black to complement the iPhone's design
