Price Value Protection (Posted on 9/20/11)I have used one for about 10months. It is now scratched and cracked so I am just buying a new one. I dropped my iPhone 4 twice on Marble floor and more on regular wooden floor. The case is so thin but absorbed all shocks, and my iphone is still pristine. I am very happy about this super clear, ultra thin, very discrete case. I can't have any other cases. Thank you Ivy Skin!

I took pictures with both flash and without flash, it works and the pictures are not effected by the case. A+ design.

Others feel cheap, do not fit properly, scratch easily, and are just not as well built as the reception case, it surely does not have the quality of this case.
I am going to stick to the Ivyskin Reception Case for a long long time, and i am a person who swaps cases almost every week, only because i am very very very comfortable with this one !

Protection (Posted on 9/17/10)The case is awesome. I love it so far. The problem I have, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is the films for the front and back. They have a lot of air bubbles under them and the stickers left residue on the films. i tried rubbing and pressing the air bubbles out but it's just not working. I think I will take them off and try it without them for a while. I may order new films later if I see that I'm scratching my screen.

Please note that the screen guards have a protective film on them that needs to be removed after you install the screen guards on your iPhone 4. Needed maximum protection for my iphone4 and was looking for a clear case cause I customized my phone with 24ct gold ;) So I needed to protect the gold and also not hide it.
I've dropped my iphone4 few times, and nothing has happened.
A pleased customer and I'm recommending to all my mates.
Can't wait to get hold of the new smart case 4 next.

People who see it argue with me that there is even a case on my phone so that proves it really allows Apple to showcase the iPhone 4's beautiful design. It allows me to slide my phone in and out of my pocket effortlessly and because of the low profile on the front it doesn't interrupt the contact from my clothing to the front screen which ensures that the finger prints are wiped clean every time (I did NOT apply the screen guards to the front or back so I could get the full benefit of the oil degrading glass). Price was well worth it. Buy this case. Period.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received it because it fits my iPhone 4 perfectly, feels "just right" in my hand, and allows me to keep my iPhone in my shirt pocket without adding bulk. I'm not sure how much, if any, shock-protection it provides, but I have not had any issues with it, specially that it comes with both front and back screen guards. I especially like the way the phone looks in this flat-black case and I can still see the apple's beautiful design and logo.

When mine arrived I put it right to work, I noticed that there was a little play on the side rails and I began to fixate.I put a little tape in as a filler and the problem was solved but the next day I noticed it. I cant tell if this before or after my fooling around with the fit. If you buy this case you will be very happy

Protection (Posted on 8/12/10)After having this case for about a week, I'm very pleased with it. It shipped very quickly- got it in about a week, and the quality is very good. As advertised, it's VERY thin, and doesn't hide the sexy aesthetics of the iPhone 4, which is what I was after. My only complaint would be the port at the bottom of the phone is not protected, but not a huge deal for such a minimalist case and it affords the use of aftermarket accessories without the need to remove the case. The included screen protectors are a nice addition to this very reasonably priced case. This is NOT a case you should consider if you're looking for protection against drops, but if you enjoy the minimalist look as I do, it's perfect.

Fits perfect, comes with screen and back laminates, the price is good, allows sync port connector/dock access, shows off the iP4 design,.. what more could a consumer ask for... well- maybe just translucent color choices...

Cons: doesn't fit well if you have a Zagg Shield film - especially on the sides, the included front and back films are not very easy to install,
The reviews seem to indicate that there is good protection on the front and the fit is perfect but that's not my experience. It could be because of the Zagg shield (I have front, side, and back films on my phone.

The screen protector for front and back are probably one much better than any other screen protector I've got for my phone. Good design no cut hole for proximity location which I like. Overall i would recommend this Item case with front and back protection.

I just wanted minimal protection without hiding my aluminum beauty on my iphone 4.
This case took nearly 1 week to get to to me, even though it said 3-5 days shipping.
This case is AWESOME! it's so thin, you can barely tell you have any case on the phone at all.
For anyone that wants just a little something without hiding the phone, Get this case.
I will recommend this case to everyone that has an iPhone 4.

Protection (Posted on 8/4/10)The case itself is great. It feels wonderful and is quite secure on the phone. Reception is fine and no more dropped calls from holding the phone "wrong". My only issue is that it does NOT fit into either the Apple iPhone dock well or the universal dock with iPhone 4 adapters. I was hoping to get a case that could stay on 24/7 and be able to dock with my iHome and Apple dock. This case does not fit that bill well. 5 stars if it did.

The material is very nice - smooth, clear and not slippery; you can grip it quite easily. The build quality is excellent; all the holes line up perfectly and everything fits with great precision.
It increases your grip on the phone 4, and it makes the volume and lock buttons easier to find and use by touch alone. All the buttons are still very easy to use, you don't have to press hard.
Improves the reception of the iPhone 4 for sure.
The screen protectors are also excellent, it has remained clear, smooth and very well attached. It does not scratch easily. Cover both front and back screens

I normally don't like using screen protectors, but after seeing that i had put quite a few scratches, i decided to use the ones supplied with the case. It was easy to put on and works quite well, and is not noticeable. As with any such protectors, the glass has to be very clean to prevent small debris from making a clean bond.

This is a great little case - It probably wouldn't hold up to dropping it off the top of a building like the other big cases - but it certainly has the protection for a fall from my pocket or the desk, counter, etc. where I use the phone.... I expected this to be one more of the many cases for the iPhone there are around which are either not resistant nor stylish but it turned to be a pleasant surprise to find a very solid yet slim and stylish case. The included screen covers are very easy to apply and have not glue effect. If you love your iPhone 4 as much as I do, you should try this product.

Best of all it solves the "death grip" problem - which is the reason I purchased it.
