Quality An excellent product which solves the only major flaw with iPhone...the battery!
Nicely designed and very simple to charge and use.
The built-in USB cabe is great but my only slight concern is the rubberised fold-out USB used to charge the device. The right angle bend makes it a little difficult to plug into the side of my laptop.
But overall a terrific product and a Powermonkey beater! - Great solution. A must-have if you use the iphone features/apps often (Posted on 12/6/09)

Quality I have the iPhone 3GS and even without video, noticed that the battery life is not very good.This product is fantastic. I travel a lot and have a bunch of battery packs for my iPhone so that I can play games, watch video, or listen to music without draining the iPhone's battery by the time I get to my destination. The other battery packs are relatively uninspired compared to this one--you have to carry around an extra charger or cable just to charge the battery pack but not with zappak.
I like the fact that I can use my Apple charger to charge this. I don't need a separate charger or cable to charge it. It has the built-in charger so it is truly wireless and portable.
It is a bit thinner than the iPhone and overall a bit smaller than the iPhone so carrying it in my briefcase is not an issue. Best of all it charges two USB gadgets at once. I used it for my 3GS and shuffle.
I highly recommend this product.

You can charge ZAPPAK by simply connecting it to any USB port on your computer or to a USB AC charger that came with your iPhone or blackberry devices.
Yes, when you connect the two devices, it will charge both units at the same time with its built-in 50/50 distribution system.

The picture shows our SmartCase which uses a mini-USB port but you don't need that to charge your iPhone.
You can charge your iPhone/iPods or Blackberry devices directly with the cable that was provided to you when you purchase those devices. You connect them directly to ZAPPAK and it instantly charges those devices.
