I've been using iphone 5 for about a month now, and I've already drop the phone 3 times. I'm glad I had this case to fully protect it. All-in-all, this case will suit you if you want a thick case (but still stylish and slim) with a hard plastic first layer built-in glass screen protector and a soft coating outer-layer. All ports are accessible and have the rubberized flap covers. Great investment to protect my iphone5

Protection Price Value (Posted on 4/15/13)The wrangler case is a very well made case with great design. I love the design concept of the soft cushion interior bonded to the hard outer shell. This design really does maximize protection while keeping the size in check. This case does protect against damage from drops effectively, which is a good thing while providing a nice grip to otherwise slippery iphone 5.
The case is well designed with nice details like precision molded grills over the speakers and perfect rubberized covers for the volume buttons. In the future I would definitely consider another ivyskin case.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 3/25/13)I love the color (super vibrant), the texture and feel of it are amazing (non-slip grip WITHOUT pulling my hair out, which is my major complaint about all plastic cases), doesn't collect hair and fuzz, fits the phone perfectly, has a flap to pull back on the bottom for charging/docking stations, all the buttons line up, comes with a built in glass screen protector and the 3 layers offer superb protection. If it ever breaks, I will purchase the exact same one. Perfect case. BUY IT!

Value Protection Price (Posted on 2/12/13)I bought the wrangler case for my iPhone 5 after 2 1/2 years of using the older version ( quattro ) on my 3GS. It fits the iPhone 5 perfectly and offers solid protection for day to day use. The biggest reason I stuck with the wrangler case is the fact that it offers glass screen and covered protection for all the ports and buttons. It also has a smooth exterior so I can slide it into and out of my pocket easily.
All of the openings match up perfectly, and the case doesn't seem to limit any functions. Camera works great, buttons react well and the vibrate switch is easily accessible and usable. The lightning port and headphone jack have plugs that flip open for use, but are closed to keep all you pocket lint and dust out when not in use.
IvySkin products are a bit pricy, but after 2.5 years my 3Gs looks like new and I expect to get the highest resale available out of it. The difference between that and an average condition phone are more than the cost of the case, making it well worth the investment.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 2/7/13)Recently switched to the iPhone 5 and was considering the otterbox commuter that my wife has on her 4, but I read the reviews and it seems that they were not too favorable for that case so I checked into this one. It arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. I installed it after putting a screen protector on the phone and it fits perfectly. The feel is very nice since it is not rubbery nor difficult to get out of your pocket, but at the same time offers enough grip to not have it slip from your hand. Seems to offer great protection, specially with the included glass piece which goes on top of iphone's screen. It fits perfectly against all the buttons and they all function exactly as they should. I would recommend this to anyone else with an iPhone 5.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 1/29/13)I was getting tired of always having to clean out the open holes on my otter box so I started looking for a new case and this is what I found. I love this case so much better than the my other cases it has a stronger holster and the case is a lot smaller ( without the outer shell). All the ports and openings are coves except for the proximity sensor and the case is in my opinion stronger than the otter box. The screen is made of glass and fits well all around.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 1/29/13)I got an iPhone5 recently and after owning a 3GS for 2 years and having an ivyskin case for it, I went right to this one again. The case fits very flush to the phone and it definitely feels protected. It feels really good in your hand and slips in and out of your pocket. It isn't heavy whatsoever and it makes it feel like your holding a phone. Without the case I found the phone to be too light and didn't feel secure. The add on glass piece is also great. I like all the improvements they made to this case from their earlier version for iphone 3GS. If you're looking for a product that's designed right and feels great, this is your case.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 1/22/13)I love this case! I made the shift from OtterBox to Ivyskin with my iPhone 4s, and will never buy another brand with any other iPhone I purchase! It's as protective as that bulky OtterBox ( if not more, since it has glass screen guard rather than plastic ), without making my phone 3 times the size. The hard shell and its coating is nice and sleek, and definitely durable. I've already dropped my phone on asphalt 3 times with this case, and every time it did its job. With the new version, they added attached port covers as well as a new special interior that takes the shocks when you drop you iphone 5. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

This time I wanted to do my research and get quality. This cover however, I absolutely love and will keep. It fits so well with my Iphone 5 and at the same time, protects. I like the two tone look of the home button and covers. The package ships with a glass screen that goes on top of the iPhone's screen. It is easy to apply without any bubble which I has with my cheap case I got from the mall. I love this case. Tank like protection for my iPhone 5

Price Value Protection (Posted on 1/22/13)I've been using this case for almost 3 weeks now and I am very impressed. In the past I have been a loyal InCase Slider and Otterbox customer. I had never heard of ivyskin Wrangler case, but after reading the reviews for the new iPhone 5 Otterbox case I was concerned about the added bulk that a case would add to my new, slimmed down, iPhone 5. I took my chances and ordered this case, Wrangler is even better than I could have imagined!
Pros:
1) It fits perfectly around my iPhone 5, nice snug fit without a lot of bulk. It fits comfortable in my jean pockets as the phone would without a case. It goes in/out without any friction
2) It has a nice soft touch feel to the hard exterior shell and a snug, soft, padded interior shell
3) Came with a actual tempted glass screen protector (which I didn't know and had bought my own)
4) All the ports and opening are covered with soft rubber just like otterbox but without all that bulk
Cons:
1) The price is a bit high but considering the quality it makes sense
2) There is no belt-clip
Great product to guard your iPhone 5 - highly recommended.

Got the case yesterday and it lived up to the hype. I had been using an Incipio NGP for iphone 4 but I wanted something better specially with glass screen guard protection. The wrangler case fits great, is stylish without being gaudy, and all buttons and inputs are easily accessible. Hard enough to protect and soft enough inside that it feels like its in a suit of armor. It does everything I would want a case to do. Perfect designed case.

Value Protection Price (Posted on 1/9/13)I recently dropped my 4S iphone and shattered the screen, I've never broken a phone before! I replaced it with 5 and I decided to get an ivyskin because I can't take a chance that I break my new phone with a simple drop. I purchased the red / RAZ color which is a beautiful chili pepper shade (not a bright ugly shade). I dropped it already but the case fully protected my iPhone 5. Get this case if you dont have insurance or want to make sure your iphone is fully protected.

Nach Wrangler für IPhone 4 und negativen Kommentaren aus meinen bekannten Kreisen, wollte ich eigentlich kein klobiges Ding mehr haben. Aber nach dem ich mein IPhone 4 aus dem ivyskin Schutzhülle befreit habe um es weiter zu Verkaufen und ein absolut kratzfreie IPhone nach 2 Jahren intensiver Nutzung und diversen Stürzen in der Hand hatte, war ich wieder überzeugt von meiner Kaufentscheidung. Jetzt zum neuen Wrangler. Es überrascht wieder mit Qualität und Passgenauigkeit. Das dünne nicht griffige IPhone 5 sitzt im Wrangler besser in der Hand und dabei ohne jegliche Funktionseinschränkung. Mein IPhone 5 ist ab heute für die nächsten 2-3 Jahren in seinem Überlebenskapsel gelandet.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 1/8/13)I was really afraid of damaging by new iPhone 5, especially when I go to the gym. This case has given me peace of mind. Less worries and more fun in life.
If you need a case, this is excellent. Also, you don't need a clip since this case doesnt slide, it has a soft touch finish that provides enough grip but still not hard to take in/out of pocket when exersising. I love this case.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 1/8/13)I finally decided to ditch my otter case and pay the extra bucks for proven impact resistance. Although prices are higher I decided to give it a try.
The Wrangler case places the phone in a polycarbonate case then the case is placed with a soft touch cover. The silicon covers all the ports and openings. Overall a solid construction, good grip fell, easy to assemble all port compartments open close well, non bulky protects iphone 5 really good.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 1/4/13)I am an ivyskin fan 100%!! Thanks to them, my clumsiness does not warrant me to have to own a low model cell phone for fear of breaking mine. Not only will wrangler do the job, I can attest to it but my numerous phone dropping incidents. I even feel safe allowing my children to use my iPhone without concern that they will drop and break it. My favorite wrangler case feature.... it's glass screen guard rather than plastic shell or film. I will be buying ivyskin for my other tablets! Thanks ivyskin for using high grade material and designing products that's refreshing to see these days with all other cheap cases in the market.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 1/3/13)Just got my Wangler case for my iPhone 5. Love the quality and the fit. I had the same case for my iphone 4 and had no problems at all. Of all the cases I used, I like the quality of the Wrangler the best. The fit is great and you can't beat the glass screen protector. I plan to get the battery upgrade soon also. The prices could be a bit lower but I'm willing to pay for the quality. Keep up the good work guys.

Protection Price Value (Posted on 1/2/13)I really liked my Quattro 4 case and had been waiting for the new iPhone 5 version. It appears this Wrangler case is the 5 version of my old quattro case for iPhone 4.
This one is the best you can get for your iphone 5. Fit and finish is perfect. The only thing that's a tiny bit off charger which I can only use the charger that came with my iPhone 5, I wanted to use other charger adapter that I have so I could use older adapters but I can not use those only the apple adapter works with this case.
Very happy with my purchase overall.

Protection Price Value (Posted on 1/2/13)It has been about a month and so far so good. The phone has not fallen from higher than the bed, but I feel it could take a bigger tumble and come out alright. Everything snapped into place easily and the glass screen protector has not impeded the workings of the phone - even with a stick on protector already in place on the phone.

The best features of this new redesign are a dramatically improved grip on the back and sides; buttery soft touch coating without friction in your pocket on a solid tough material; dramatically improved material that doesn't absorb lint and pull your pocket inside out; much better design where the interior is all lined with super soft material for added protection inside the case; fantastic fit and feel.
Best of all REDUCED BULK and INCREASED SCREEN OPENING SIZE so you don't lose the elegance of the iPhone 5 when they are in the Wrangler case.
You can still have your screen protector, I had a zagg on mine and still used this case without removing it.

Price Value Protection (Posted on 12/28/12)I have an iPhone 5 from AT&T and this case fits perfectly. I love this stylish case, All of the buttons are accessible and protected at the same time. There are cutouts for the front facing camera and the rear facing camera. No interference with picture taking. There is a small hole in the top of the case so your noise canceling mike will fit through. A small flap on the bottom protects your earphone jack and it is easy to flip up if you wanted to plug them in. There are cutouts in the bottom of the case to expose your speakers with no issues. Everyone I have talked to say they can hear me just fine. The volume buttons, the power button, and the home button are all protected yet very easy to press. The screen protector is glass not plastic which is great and the touch screen is protected and works flawlessly. I was debating whether to get the smart case or the wrangler case by ivyskin. The battery pack on the smartcase is great but I called them and found out that you can add the battery pack to wrangler case later so I just ordered the wrangler case. This case provides a lot of protection, and I am very happy with the purchase. The color and design are right on. I have the special edition in black with extra coating and red home button. I would recommend this case for anyone with an iPhone 5. Great case to match my great phone!

Price Value Protection (Posted on 12/28/12)After I bought my iPhone 5 I was contemplating not putting any case on. But I heard stories about scratches so started the search for a case. There is a serious dearth of cases for iPhone 5. I had ivyskin for my iPhone 3 and 4 but for the 5 I thought I go without a case but I just couldnt after couple of week. The iPhone 5 is super slim and slippery as you know, so a nice grip for it would be great. I purchased Ivyskin wrangler case because I had them for my other iphones but this one is just perfect. It adds a new bump at the bottom of the case for perfect grip while texting as well as the best all around protection.
If you are looking for a tank like case that is beautiful, sleek and provides ultimate protection from scratches & light falls then this is your case.
BTW - It also comes with a nice glass screen protector and soft cleaning cloth in addition to a normal screen protector which I'm not planning to use.

I have dropped the phone so hard on cement but the case does it job. My case broke after all the wear and tear i put on it. So when I purchased my new iPhone 5 I came back to Ivyskin to purchase another one of these Wrangler cases. OH MY GOD its such a nice case from every angle you look at it. BEST CASE EVER. Price Value Protection (Posted on 12/24/12)I had a wranlger case on my iPhone 4 since release date. It protected my iPhone 4 from many drops. I just removed it from this case so we can have it unlocked and list it for sale, it looks like brand new so the case did its job.
I purchased the iphone 5 wrangler case as soon as they become available to pre-order and received mine last week. This case is an amazing case. The folks at ivyskin have their act together. Instead of just releasing a new case with different dimensions, ivyskin made some changes to the case that address previous versions shortcomings.
1. Harder outside coating. On the old case the outer shell was a bit soft. On the iPhone 5 the outer coating is still soft coating but feels harder, more dense, and smooth (albeit some tactile feeling). The port covers snap smartly into place and stay there. It goes in and out of my pocket without any issue/friction. I love this coating, it feels like butter but still very hard.
2. Glass screen.The glass on the new wrangler case is more vivid and crisp. It is fully functional even on the very corner of the screen which was sometimes an issue with the iphone 4 version of this case.
Overall the phone fits perfectly into the case. It's also very well protected.
I purchased around 12 different cases for my iphone 3 and 4. The Wrangler case for the iPhone 4 was was the best and I can now say the iphone 5 version of this case is even better with new improvements. I highly recommend this case.
