The smartcase has an added bonus of being not only a reserve battery pack, but also a hard cover for your iPhone 4 with full screen guard. It doesn’t add too much extra girth to the svelte device and comes with an on/off switch (located at the base for the reserve battery)
The back piece can be removed if you don’t feel like encasing your iPhone 4 altogether and the overall size of the air is drastically reduced thanks to its bonus slim add on. Yes, it still connects to iTunes just like the iPhone. And can be charged along or with the iPhone in it.
overall a great deal of thought went into designing and making this case and it shows.
