The case is awesome. I love it so far. The problem I have, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is the films for the front and back. They have a lot of air bubbles under them and the stickers left residue on the films. i tried rubbing and pressing the air bubbles out but it's just not working. I think I will take them off and try it without them for a while. I may order new films later if I see that I'm scratching my screen.

" If you see residue then you have not completly remove the outer layer film from the screen guards. Please note that the screen guards have a protective film on them that needs to be removed after you install the screen guards on your iPhone 4. If you see bubble/sticker residue, then the film is still there and needs to be removed. "
