Returns & Exchanges 

Shop with the comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 14-days guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product sold by the ivyskin.com Store, you may return it for a refund (minus the original shipping costs and any discount code) if returned within 14 days of delivery. To exchange a non-defective product, please return it for credit and place an order for a new item. Please read all conditions below. 

Requirements for Returns or Exchanges:

To return/exchange an item you must send an email request to obtain an RMA number. Please click here to start the process.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.

Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original package.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

IvySkin reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of up to 25%

Items purchased from our resellers are to be returned directly to that reseller.

Warranty

Limited One-Year Warranty

We provide a one-year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase for all IvySkin products. If you believe you have received a defective product, please visit our Policy Page. Please provide a valid proof of purchase in your initial enquiry, such as your order number. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the warranty to products without proof of purchase. This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

If you’re experiencing any problems with your IvySkin product, please visit our Policy Page. Please clearly specify the issue with your purchased item. If the problem cannot be resolved and the items were purchased within 14 days, we will issue you a full refund. 

Detailed Limited Product Warranty Policy 

We at IvySkin warrant our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). IvySkin does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone or other device made by anyone other than IvySkin. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any IvySkin product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option: (i) repair the IvySkin product using new or refurbished parts; (ii) replace theIvySkin product with a new or refurbished IvySkin product; or (iii) refund the purchase price of the defective IvySkin product. For the purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, IvySkin expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and you specifically agree that IvySkin shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any IvySkin product. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear or failure to follow the product instructions (e.g. dropping the product etc.). In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices) or personal property inside or outside of the IvySkin product. 

Shipping

  • Free domestic shipping for standard orders (under 13 ounces) in the U.S on all orders over $30 (via USPS)
  • We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered.
  • Orders will ship out once all items can be fulfilled within the purchase unless other written arrangements are made with the customer. 
  • Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. 
  • All orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed out the following business day.
  • Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
  • The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
